I am a qualified Holistic and Beauty Therapist with over 10 years experience, located in the Titchfield Common area. I believe that everyone deserves quality ’me time’. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
An ancient Indian treatment which has been handed down by many generations for over a thousand years. The treatment is carried out through your clothing so can be performed at home or in the workplace. Indian Head Massage treats the body and the mind, leaving you feeling relaxed, calm and refreshed. An ideal treatment for you if you suffer from headaches, tension, eye strain or anxiety as the massage incorporates the head, face, neck, shoulders and back.

HOPI EAR CANDLES
This is an ancient natural therapy handed down by many civilisations. Ear candles were traditionally used by Shamen Healers. The candles are still made today on the basis of the old traditional formulae originating from the Hopi Indians. The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities and excess wax to the surface of the ear where they can be gently removed, whilst equalising pressure in the head and ears.
An excellent treatment for you if you experience excessive or compacted wax, sinus pain, headaches, migraines, tinnitus, snoring, pain whilst flying or for people who participate in water sports. The treatment is a great stress buster and helps to boost the immune system. After the Hopi Ear Candle treatment, you will receive a relaxing lymph drainage facial.
